On 22 June 2024, we celebrated our first birthday, and what a weekend it was! Our birthday bash was packed with exciting activities, great films, and plenty of surprises - thank you to everyone who joined us to make it a memorable occasion!
Our film lineup was a real hit, with something for everyone to enjoy. Families were treated to a heartwarming adventure with Inside Out 2, while anime fans got their fix with a special screening of Spy x Family Code: White. For those with a taste for something a little more intense, The Bikeriders proved to be the perfect choice. Described as “Goodfellas on Harley's,” this gripping tale of 1960s motorcycle gangs starred Austin Butler, Jodie Comer, Tom Hardy, and more, delivering powerful performances set against stunning cinematography.
For those craving some friendly competition, our boutique bowling lanes were a hit, as well as the adrenaline-pumping Adventure Climb arena and our film-themed mini-golf course. Guests who hadn’t yet tried curling or shuffleboard took the opportunity to give them a go!
We made sure the kids were entertained too, with face painters, balloon modellers, and fun crafting activities. The Rock Choir also joined us on Saturday afternoon, bringing some amazing live music to the party.
Our evening vibes were set with a live DJ on both Friday and Saturday nights, keeping the energy high from 8-11pm. Guests were able to enjoy delicious food, cocktails (2 for £12!), and shots (4 for £12!) while soaking in the relaxed atmosphere.
Throughout our birthday week, we ran special giveaways across our socials, with amazing prizes up for grabs – and we kept the fun going with lots of updates on our channels.
