Join us for our Relaxed leisure sessions, designed for guests with autism or sensory sensitivity and their friends to enjoy where you can experience a calm and quiet environment with dimmed lights and reduced sound.

We will be running afternoon climbing sessions every Thursday throughout the school holidays and also offer 60 minute bowling and mini golf sessions every Tuesday during term time from 10-11am.

Our Relaxed climbing sessions are open to all but ideal for youngsters and adults with learning difficulties and those that enjoy a more sensory-friendly environment. They provide a fun and social way to get active while offering quieter, slower paced sessions that are limited to a smaller group size.

We are able to accommodate up to 5 parent or carers in the climbing areas for reassurance and support.  All accompanying adults must attend the safety briefing and wear a high viz jacket provided by us.  Please speak to a member of the team when you arrive.

Enjoy bowling in a more comfortable setting with our sensory-friendly sessions. Designed to help those with sensory sensitivities enjoy the bowling experience, these sessions offer fully accessible lanes and ramps to aid with bowling. To make these sessions more comfortable, we lower the lights, turn down the music, and silence the arcade machines. Plus, with fewer lanes available, there’s more space and less noise, allowing for a more relaxed bowling session.

Mini Golf

Our Relaxed mini golf offer a calmer experience for guests with the sound turned down, the lights lowered and the sessions limited to a smaller group size.

We also have Relaxed Cinema screenings. These screenings are designed to help neuro-diverse audiences and those with sensory sensitivity enjoy the cinema. To make these screenings more comfortable, the sound is turned down, the lights are only dimmed, not turned off, and the film will play without ads or trailers.
